Online submission and payment channels for New Plan Request /Roads Service

Login using Portal User Credentials
Step 2
Submit a service request for New Plan Request /Roads
Step 3
Complete the request payment fee using Online/Payment machine channel.
Step 4
Coordinator will review and validate the entered Data and attached Documents
Step 5
Applicant receive a copy of the new Site Plan via email.

Service Prerequisites
- Owner Registration / Update Information
- To use the automated services, customer must head to Municipality Customer Happiness Center
- Register himself and update his information for the 1st time, and provide original valid Emirates ID
- Representative Registration
Become a representative on behalf of the owner by:
- Smart Pass Registration
- Register Smart Pass by entering EID and scanning your fingerprint in MBME machine
- Must have a valid EID
- Present a delegation letter from owner
- contains his name and EID/ Passport and contact information
- Present EID / Passport Copy
Required Documents
- Owner ID
- Ownership Document
- Building Permit
- Site Plan
- in case applicant is not owner will need additional documents:
• Representative ID
• Representative Card
• Authorization Letter
