Register sales contract

This service allows customers to register the sale and purchase (Total or Partial) of properties .

Step 1

Sign up using portal account

Step 2

Submit register sales contract request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents

Step 3

Present at municipality for singing sales contract

Step 4

Pay requested fee.

Step 5

The concerned department will review the request and take a decision.

Step 6

Upon approval, Title deed will be issued - the customer will be notified via email allow him to collect his original documents from municipality (customer happens center )

Copy of Title deed

Copy of ID’s for (buyer & seller )

Copy of power of attorney

Copy of Limitation of Inheritance

Copy of Trade license

Copy of NOC from developer ( Fee hold area )

Copy of Sales contract ( Free hold area )


The seller should be an adult, if not a letter from court for minors affairs must be brought to transact.

Note-: The original documents are required when signing the contract .
