Inspection as per External Party Request

This service is used to issue Inspection Report.

Step 1

Sign Up using E-Service Portal Account

Step 2

Submit request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents

Step 3

Pay request fees

Step 4

Inspector will visit the site

Step 5

The concerned section will Review the request and take a decision

Step 6

Upon approval requested report will be generated and sent to customer email, where he/she can download the electronic copy

Service Fees

Site Inspection Fees, 100 AED

Service Conditions

  1. Submit the required documents to start the service
  2. Pay the request fees in order to proceed with the request

General Conditions

4 working days, for Inspector to write the report and for the Engineer to take the decision.

  2. Building Permit
  3. Copy of the owner ID
