Registration Activation Request

This service allows Consulting offices and construction companies working in the field of construction and buildings in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah to activate Registration with the municipality for a professional practice according to the assigned classifications and specified requirements.  

Step 1

Sign Up using Portal account

Step 2

Submit Registration Activation Request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents

Step 3

Pay fees of inspection

Step 4

The concerned department will Review the request and engage with the applicant

Step 5

Pay the final fees

Step 6

Upon approval, registration and classification certificate is issued for the applicant company and sent via E-mail thereby providing the customer with an electronic copy.

Service Prerequisites

  1. Registration Activation Request

To be able to apply to Building Administration Electronic Services, the applicant must have initial registration and certificate and a trade license to register the company.  Update all system information, by submitting the following documents :

  1. Valid initial registration certificate
  2. A copy of the trade license
  3.  fill the company “information form”, license owner, the manager and the company presenters
  4. Emirates Id copy for the owners and the manager
  1. Register represent for the company (individual)

Become a representative on behalf of your establishment by:

  1. Smart Pass Registration
    • Register Smart Pass by entering EID and scanning your fingerprint in MBME machine
    • Must have a valid EID
  2. Present a delegation letter from company that contains his name and EID/
  3. Present EID/ Passport copy

Processing Time

1 to 4 working days in case of all the requirements of the application have been met. 

Required Documents

** Registration Activation Request 
1. A copy of valid trade license from the Department of Economic Development.
2. Copy of UAE ID cards for the license owner and partners.
3. Copy of valid initial registration certificate
4. Provide certified copy of the office tenancy  contract registered with the Municipality
5. Provide ownership certificate and office plan and space of the office 
6. Provide recent labour list, not more than one month old.
7. Provide Society Engineering Card for the Engineers
8. Copy of Municipality Engineer Approval Certificate.
9. Provide certified copy of the labour accommodation lease contract from the Municipality for the construction company
10. Provide ownership certificate and office plan and space for the labour accommodation 
11. Copy of the Education certificate for the accountant or accounting contract for the contracting company.
12. Financial study for the contracting company.

Terms and Conditions

Conditions of Registration Activation Service
1. Submit the required documents to start the service 
2. Obtain approval from the competent department
3. Pay the request fees 500 AED 
4. Certificate of company registration is issued valid for one year from the date of issuance.
