Service Enquiry

Create Declaration of Care Request

Proof that the applicant is the one taking care of his relative and that he is responsible for taking care of his living affairs.

Step 1

Go to the official portal of RAK e Government and fill in the service form

Step 2

Application shall be checked by the officer in charge for initial approval.

Step 3

Payment of applicable fees (online or at the cashier counter).

Step 4

Signatures of the applicant and the witnesses before the officer in charge, then testify before the certification judge and collect the required certification.

General Conditions

  1. The applicant must be UAE national or resident in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah
  2. The Application shall not be processed without complete documents and appearance of witnesses.
     

Required Documents

  1. Copy of the Emirates ID for the applicant
  2. Copy of the Emirates ID for the sponsored minor
  3. Copy of the Emirates ID for the witnesses (if there are witnesses)
  4. The Sponsor shall submit the application.
