This services allows staff, customers and competent authorities to request the deletion of a customs declaration from RAK Customs in order to be able to legally and officially transact with the Department.

It is a service provided by RAK Customs Department for its customers to allow them to request the amendment of customs declaration details due to any errors that may have occurred during typing the customs declaration, provided that amendment of such details may not have any impact on the customs taxes (duties).
