Law 2 of 2009 Regarding Food Control in Emirate of Ras Al-Khaimah We, Saud Bin Saqr Bin Mohamed Al Qasimi Crown Prince & Deputy Ruler After perusal of Ras Al Khimah Municipality Law of 1981; And Federal Law no. (4) of 1979 on Suppression of Cheating and Fraudulence in Commercial Transactions and its Executive Regulation issued by Ministerial Resolution no. (26) of 1984; And Federal Law no. (38) of 2001 on establishing Emirates Authority For Standardization & Metrology; And Law no. (1) of 2002 on establishing Federal Customs Authority; And Federal Law no. (24) of 2006 on Consumer Protection; And based on what is required by public interest ; Have promulgated the following Law:
