Request for Removal/Disposal of Construction Waste
This service allows individuals to apply for construction waste removal (residential and commercial projects).

Process Description
     ✓ Submit the Application Form and the required documents to Happiness Service Center.
     ✓ Provide proof that there are no restrictions on the contractor/company
     ✓ Issuance of an order to submit the Administrative Fee and Bank Guarantee to the fund.
     ✓ Receiving a bond of fees collected and the bank guarantee, then issuing a certificate to the applicant.
     ✓ Upon completion of the project, an Inspection Order is issued to the Waste Management Administration in order to inspect the site 
     ✓ After declaring that the site is free from waste and debris,the Bank Guarantee is refunded according to the Waste Management report

     ✓ Copy of Land Ownership
     ✓ Copy of Contractor’s Trade License
     ✓ Copy of the Project Contract to determine the value of cash guarantee
     ✓ Owner’s ID card
     ✓ Contractor’s ID card
     ✓ Contractor’sStamp

     ✓ AED 100 for residential projects
     ✓ AED 1000 for commercial projects

Drainage Systems Clearance Certificate (No Objection Certificate)

This service allows individuals to apply for a Certificate proving that the site is not supplied with drainage systems. 

Process Description 
     ✓ Submit the Application Form to Happiness Service Center along with the required documents
     ✓ Fee payment
     ✓ Submit the Application Form with the No Objection Certificate to the relevant authorities
     ✓ Obtain the approval and stamp by Sewage Systems Authority
     ✓ Handover of the Certificate to applicant at Happiness Service Center.

Required Documents
     ✓ Blueprint
     ✓ Valid Owner ID
     ✓ A completion certificate to supply the property with water and electricity
     ✓ Building Permit

Asphalt Installation Request
This service allows individuals to submit a Request for Asphalt Installation. 

Process Description
     ✓ Submit the Application Form to Happiness Service Center
     ✓ Fee payment
     ✓ Sending the transaction to the Public Works Corporation for site inspection and implementation.

Required Documents
     ✓ Blueprint 
     ✓ Valid Owner ID
     ✓ A Letter from the Endowment Department (Awqaf) to mosque  related applications
