Issuance of a Permit of Addition

This service enables the applicant to apply for a Permit of Addition after providing all the required documents.

ProcessDescription
Once completed, all the documents must be submitted to the Customer Service Centre to be verified:
1. Referred to the licensing engineer for approval
2. Referred to Customer Service to be printedand checked
3. Sent to the Head of Licensing for final approval
4. Referred to Customer Serviceto submit the 
Permit of Addition to the applicant

Required Documents
     ✓ Plot documents (blueprint,ownership and map)
     ✓ Previous building permits
     ✓ Building Inspector's Report
     ✓ Engineering examination report and area accreditation
     ✓ Professional license of the consultant
     ✓ Trade License of the contractor
     ✓ Building Contract and Supervision Contract
     ✓ Pledge to dispose the residue (issued by
the Department of Public Works)
     ✓ Pledge to install the project board
     ✓ Approved plans (architectural and constructional)
     ✓ Approved plans from Federal Electricity and Water Authority
     ✓ Approved plans from Emirates Telecommunications Corporation
