Completion Certificate Issuance

This service enables the applicant to submit a Request for a Completion Certificate after providing all the required documents.

Process Description 
     ✓ Submit the Application Form along with the required documents to Customer Service
     ✓ Stamping of the application by the Sewerage Services Authority and Emirates Telecommunications Corporation
     ✓ Setting up an appointment for site inspection
     ✓ Forwarding the application to customer service for printing
     ✓ Obtaining the final approval from the Head of the Department 
     ✓ Handing over the certificate to the applicant upon fee payment

     ✓ Plot documents (building permits, blueprint and ownership)

Fees
     ✓ AED 50 (For Villas and Extensions)
     ✓ AED 100 (For Buildings)
