Service Description

This service allows customers to file lawsuits in the first instance judicial level, which is the first level of litigation

Service Steps

Step 1: Submit case pleading through typing offices or website Verify the application and attached documents Pay the fees electronically Register the case

Service Conditions

Register in UAE PASS System and fill subscription application in e-services and provide required documents 

Required Documents

• Statement of Claim
• A Copy of the Appellant's Identity
• A Copy of the General Power of Attorney / Original or True Copy of the Special Power of Attorney (mandatory)
• List of Exhibits If Available
• A Copy of the first instance Judgment
• A Copy of the Appeal Judgment

Service Fees

• First million dirhams: 10% in maximum of AED 30000
• Whatever exceeds the first million dirhams:
• - Due fees for individuals  amounting to 5% with no maximum limit
• - Due fees for corporations amounting to 10% with no maximum limit
