Service Fees

If the notification is not limited to
(75 AED) to sign
If the notification is limited to:
From 1- 10,000 (AED 50) for signature
From 10.001 - 50,000 (AED 100) for signature

 

Required Documents

Request from the printing office (2 copies of the notification + 2 copies of the declaration)
 Emirates ID or any original personal identification and a copy of it.
Original documents proving the status of the person present and the power to sign or his legal representative (such as wills, stewardship and agency)
Original licenses or a copy thereof if the notifier is in his capacity as license holder, manager or partner
Original agency in case of retirement notices and removal of agent
Any other documents depending on the contents of the notification

 

Requirements

The presence of one of the parties to the document or their legal representatives before the notary public notarized by a certified agency or any certified legal document.
Documents required for ratification must be official and issued outside the country and must be attested by the following authorities: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country concerned, the UAE Embassy in the country concerned and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UAE and translated into Arabic into legal translation certified by the Ministry of Justice or notary.
