Contract limited to:
From 1- 10,000 (AED 50) for signature
From 10.001 - 50,000 (AED 100) for signature

 

Required Documents

Request for Contract Authentication
Original IDs or any official document issued within the UAE
Original documents proving the status of the person present and his validity for the prosecution and signature or his legal representative (wills / guardianship / agency)
If the principal, in his capacity as the manager of a company, commits the commercial license in addition to the incorporation contract or any other appendices indicating his validity
Initial / security approval in case of establishing a new company (from the competent authority)
Security approval from Naturalization and Residency Administration in case of establishing companies
In case of renewal and supplements, provide previous contracts and licenses
Original advertising in an official gazette in case of assignment / sale of shop / dissolution of partnership
Trade authorization from the judge in case of a minor
In case of the presence of the heirs to provide an inventory of inheritance and the agency of the heirs (translated into Arabic if issued, certified by a foreign country)

 

Requirements

The presence of one of the parties to the document or their legal representatives before the notary public notarized by a certified agency or any legal document
The parties to the contract shall enjoy the competence and authority of the contract
Documents required for ratification must be official and issued outside the country and must be attested by the following authorities: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country concerned, the UAE Embassy in the country concerned and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UAE and translated into Arabic into legal translation certified by the Ministry of Justice or notary.
