Unspecified contract of AED 75 for signature
Contract limited to:
From 1- 10,000 (AED 50) for signature
From 10.001 - 50,000 (AED 100) for signature

 

Required Documents

Application for agency certification
Original IDs or any official document issued within the UAE
Original documents proving the status of the person present and his validity for the prosecution and signature or his legal representative (wills / stewardship / agency)
In case of power of attorney reviews:
Commercial license if the client is the owner of the establishment
The attested agency if the attribute of the principal is an agent of a party
The commercial license, the memorandum of association or any other appendices indicating its validity if the client is a company manager
In the case of an inheritance agency, proof of death and limitation of the heirs is required, in addition to if the client's status is one of the heirs

 

Requirements

The presence of one of the parties to the document or their legal representatives before the notary public notarized by a certified agency or any legal document
The parties to the contract shall be entitled to the contract
