Executive Attachment Application

This service allows customer to request the application of executive attachment on third party's debts to the debtor including chattels, debts, balances, money deposits or an amount within the limit of one quarter of his/her debtor's wage or basic salary in order to prevent the Debtor from disposing the attached items in a way affecting negatively the righ of the attachment creditor or preparing the delivery of the attached items to the judgment creditor or selling the same and fulfilling the executed right out of the price thereof.

Service Steps

Step 1: Submit application through typing or law offices or website Verify the application and attached documents Approve the application by the competent judge Execute the application as per court's procedures

Service Conditions

Registration shall be on smartpass, filling subscription application in e-services and providing required documents
