Service Description
This service offers the customer obtaining a proof of Marital Status such as marriage status, ancestry and custody status, personal data status, endowmentstatus, grant status, etc.
Service Steps
Step 1: Customs documents of the shipment and all other attachments will be checked
Step 2: Goods will be inspected and verified against supporting documents
Step 3: The gate pass will be issued
Step 4: Customs tax (duty) will be collected as per the local and federal
Service Conditions
Personal appearance of the Applicant or representative thereof beforee the Judge.
Required Documents
- Copy of applicant’s ID
- Copy of witnesses’ IDs
- in addition to the following documents, as the case may be:
Living Certificate:
Application submitted by concerned individuals.
Certificate of Marriage Continuity:
Copy of marriage contract or marriage continuity contract or the alike such as family record for locals.
Marriage Continuity and Ancestry Certificate:
Copy of marriage contract or marriage continuity or the alike such as family record for locals.
- Copy of Birth Certificates or copy of family record for locals.
Marriage Consummation Certificate:
A copy of marriage contract – A copy of father or brother’s ID in case of appearance of any of them to certify the consummation.
Marriage Non-consummation Certificate:
A copy of marriage contract and a copy of husband or father’s ID in case of appearance of any of them to certify the same.
Change Name Certification:
1. A copy of Applicant’s passport and ID,
2. A copy of family record,
3. Father submits an application to change the name of his children if they are under legal age
(This service is available for UAE locals)
Non-marriage Certificate:
Application is submitted by the concerned person. Original copy of family record.
Trade Permission Certificate:
Application is submitted by the concerned person or father or guardian in case of father’s death.
Copy of family record for locals.
Unemployment Certificate:
A copy of applicant’s passport with visa copy for expats and ensuring the profession stated therein for expats.
- If applicant has a previous job, a copy of retirement card, end of service or resignation (for locals) shall be submitted.
- If any profession was stated in the visa of applicant (non-locals), a letter from the company or the establishment he/she is working therein shall be provided notifying unemployment therein and ensuring the date of letter.
In case of unemployment or retirement of the individual, a letter to notify retirement with retirement salary shall be provided.
Widowhood Certificate:
Inheritance limitation
- A copy of witnesses’ IDs and the application is submitted by the concerned person.
- Family record.
Remarriage Certificate:
Divorce Certificate, Application submitted by Divorcer and the wife is notified to appear before the court. If she failed to appear after serving a notice, judge shall state appearance established before him as of the date of application submission and the wife shall be served a notice of the same.
Custodianship Certificate:
Copy of children’s birth certificates or family record for locals. To submit “To Whom It May Concern” certificate from Lawsuit Management Office signifying no suits file between parties on children guardianship subject or the appearance of the father to certify the same. A copy of divorce certificate or a copy of death certificate if the applicant is a widow.
Dependency Certificate:
A copy of dependent’s ID. – Application shall be submitted by supporter with a copy of father’s death certificate or a copy of unemployment proof (for brothers’ dependency) with the father’s certification on the same. – Submission of supporter’s employment proof.
Filiation Certificate:
Copy of children’s birth certificates – Application submitted by (Father, Mother, son or daughter).
Difference between marriage date and children’s date of birth must be observed and if there is any difference there between, the same shall be transferred to Lawsuit Management Office to file lawsuit. – Copy of marriage contract.
Consanguinity Certificate:
Submission of relative applicant’s ID and proof of consanguinity.
Domicile Certificate:
Submission of valid tenancy contract certified from Municipality or house title deed. – Appearance of house owner to certify the domicile proof in case of submission the application to proof domicile in a place other than father’s domicile. Endowment Certificate: Submission a copy of the title deed of the real estate required to be endowed. – Addressing competent authorities to obtain approval.
Personal Status Certificate:
if an individual applied to obtain two or more applications in one transaction such as non-marriage an unemployment. If any certification non-specified within kinds of certifications namely in the Section is applied.
Divorce Continuity Certificate:
A copy of divorce certificate. – Application submitted by the concerned person.
Khula Continuity Certificate: A copy of khula certificate. – Application submitted by the concerned person.
Sponsorship and Dependency of Unknown Descent: Judgment rendered by Public Prosecution signifying dependency and sponsorship. – Copy of supporter’s ID.
Alimony Certificate:
Judgment on alimony or the appearance of the divorcer to certify the same. – Children’s birth certificates or family record.
Gift Certification: Copy of gifted real estate title deed if the gift is a real estate (and any other attachments required as the case may be).
Service Fees
All Certifications are AED 200/ - Except Work Certification which is AED 50/-.
