Application to cancel Precautionary Attachment

This service allows the applicant to ask the court to cancel the previous precautionary attachment resolution rendered by RAK Courts in respect of the assets located within the geographical scope of the Emirate

Registration shall be on smartpass, filling subscription application in e-services and providing required documents
