"1.In case of parties: Original Emirates ID of the applicant + Valid Passport copy of the accused + Emirates ID and residence copy if available + 2 Personal photographs + Facsimile copy of Penal judgment issued with imprisonment of period not less than 6 months (Arabic, English) + Certificate of Movements of the accused 2.In case of attorney: Original Emirates ID + Copy from The power of attorney + Valid Passport copy of the accused + Emirates ID and residence copy if available + 2 Personal photographs + Facsimile copy of Penal judgment issued with imprisonment of period not less than 6 months (Arabic, English) + Certificate of Movements of the accused"
