Service Description
This application allows the renewal of an expired document in case of the availability of the necessary conditions for extension
Procedures:
- Creating a new application by Customer Happiness Center
- Ensure that it meets the conditions required by Spatial Data Section to update the data
- Auditing of documents in parallel with Masterplan
- Issuing and Approving Sketch by Spatial Data Section
- Customer Happiness Center collects the fees, and submits the Sketch to the customer
Service Conditions
- Removal of violated buildings if any
- Grants that are bought are not renewed
- Grants of a deceased is not renewed
- Nine Digit Number
Required Documents
Applicant ID Card, Original Drawing, Comprehensive Investigation , Valid Letter from the Housing Program for Sketches issued by the program, Directive from the Director-General or Customer Service Manager in case applicant has more than one grant
Service Fees
- AED 40 in case the document is for the same person
- AED 50 in case the document owner is changed
