RERA Partner Renewal

This service allows any Real Estate Developer, Trustee Bank, or Auditing Officer to apply for registration in the Real Estate Regulatory Administration (RERA) of Ras Al Khaimah government. All parties must be licensed and approved by the concerned government entities before submitting their application for registration with RERA.

Step 1

Sign in using portal account

Step 2

Submit request for Partner Registration by filling the online form and attaching the required documents

Step 3

The concerned department will review the request and take a decision

Step 4

Pay request fees

Step 5

After payment, the Certificate will be issued and sent to customer via registered Email ID
