Title deed renewal

This service allows owners to register a property renewal request for several reasons:
Update property data according to the issued site plan.
After built-up ( adding a new facilities ) based  to the Completion certificate
When adding a new area to the original area of the property.

Step 1

UAE PASS Registration, you must have a valid EID.

Step 2

Read the service conditions and make sure that you have the required documents

Step 3

Pay request fee.

Step 4

The concerned department will Review the request and take a decision

Step 5

After the final approval, the title deed document is issued and a notification is sent via e-mail to the owner of the property with the electronic copy of the document - the owner can receive the original title deed by attending the municipality headquarters (Customer Happiness Center)

1. Copy of site plan 
2. Copy of title deed 
3. Copy of ID
4. Copy of building permits
5. Copy of complete certification
6. Copy of letter from bank – if required  for mortgage properties
