Opens an office in the land register
This service allows customers to register a real estate office license in Municipality based on the Initial approval from DED
With the mortgage of the property (bank guarantee not available) + making an undertaking to practice the activity + approving the signature
Sign up using portal account
Submit open an office in the land register request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents
Present at municipality ( owner of office or who have approved power of attorney ) for singing Minutes or mortgage contract
Pay requested fees
The concerned department will Review the request and take a decision.
Upon approval, certificate of practice the activity ( real estate office ) will be issued - The owner will be notified via email or he can receive the original one from municipality (the customer happiness center ).
