Announcement about replacing Ownership document
This service allow the owner to publish an announcement in a newspaper for a replacement of transferring ownership for a legal period of 30 days.
Sign in using portal account
Submit announcement of losing title deed request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents
Pay requested fee.
The concerned department will Review the request and take a decision
Upon approval, the announcement will be issued -The owner will be notified with a copy of announcement via email or he can receive the original one from municipality (the customer happiness center).
Announcement duration is 30 days from date of publish in newspaper

- Copy of letter from bank – if required for mortgage properties
