This service is used to Issue a Plot Split Grant Request

Step 1

Sign in using portal account

Step 2

Submit split request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents

Step 3

Pay request fees

Step 4

The concerned department will Review the request and take a decision

Step 5

Upon approval, Plot Split Grant Request will be issued Site Plans.

Service Fees

**  Plot Split Grant Request
Service Fees are as mentioned below: 
a. Initial Fees: 50 AED + Please check the attachments for more details.
b. Final Fees: 50 AED

Service Conditions

All data and documents provided are correct, in case otherwise, it could expose you to legal action.

  1. The applicants must be UAE National.
  2. Filling The Application Form.
  3. Submit the required documents to start the service. 
  4. Pay the request fees in order to proceed with the request.

One week to two weeks

** Plot Split Grant Request

  1. Owner ID
  2. Site Plan
  3. Building Permit.

In case of Applicant Type is Representative, Additional Documents are required as below:  

  1. Representative ID. 
  2. Representative Card.
  3. Authorization Letter.
