Request Registration for a Single Project for Companies from outside the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah

The service allows for consulting offices or contracting companies from outside the emirate to apply to implement a single project and the possibility of issuing the required licenses within the emirate.

Step 1

Sign Up using portal account

Step 2

Submit Request Project for Companies Outside the Emirate Grade by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents

Step 3

The concerned department will Review the request and take a decision.

Step 4

Pay request fees.

Step 5

Upon approval, project approval is issued to companies from outside the emirate and is sent to the applicant's email address to be downloaded as an electronic copy.

Service Prerequisites

  1. Company registration

To be able to apply for building management services, the customer must have a pre-registration of the company and to submit the application by submitting the following documents

  1. Copy of the commercial license.
  2. Complete company profile with the licensee / managers / company representative information.

 

  1. Individual Registration

Become a representative on behalf of your establishment by:

  1. Smart Pass Registration
    • Register Smart Pass by entering EID and scanning your fingerprint in MBME machine
    • Must have a valid EID
  2. Present a delegation letter
    •  from company that contains his name and EID/
  3. Present a delegation letter

** Terms of Service: Request Project registration by Companies from Outside the Emirate

  1. Submit the required documents to start the service.
  2. Approval of the request by the competent department.
  3. Pay the application fee of 11,000 AED.

Required Documents

** Request Project for Companies Outside the Emirate

  1. A valid trade license.
  2. The Emirates ID for the manager and partner.
  3. A copy of the parcel site plan where the project is located.  A copy of the certificates of university engineers (civil engineer and architect for consulting offices) and (civil engineer in the case of construction companies).
  4. A copy of the ID cards of the engineers.
  5. Copy of the Society of Engineers cards.
  6. Preliminary plans for the project.
