Registration Renewal Request

This service allows Consulting offices and construction companies working in the field of construction in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah to continue a professional practice according to its classification and the original requirements.

Step 1

Sign Up using portal account

Step 2

Submit Registration Renewal Request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents

Step 3

Pay fees of inspection to the office in case office location change

Step 4

The concerned department will Review the request and take a decision

Step 5

Pay request fees

Step 6

Upon approval, consultant/ contractor registration certificate is issued for the applicant company and sent to the E-mail address of the company which will enable them to download an electronic copy.

Service Prerequisites


  1. Registration Renewal

To be able to apply to Building Administration Electronic Services, the applicant must have previous registration certificate and a trade license to register the company.  To update the information in the system, the following documents need to be submitted:

  1. Registration certificate
  2. A copy of the trade license
  3.  fill the company “information form”, license owner, the manager and the company presenters
  4. Emirates Id copy for the owners and the manager
  1. Individual Registration

Become a representative on behalf of your establishment by:

  1. Smart Pass Registration
    • Register Smart Pass by entering EID and scanning your fingerprint in MBME machine
    • Must have a valid EID
  2. Present a delegation letter from company that contains his name and EID/
  3. Present EID / Passport copy

Processing Time

1 to 4 working days in case of all requirements of the application is completed 

Required Documents

** Registration renewal request 
1. A copy of the valid trade license from the Economic Department. 
2. Copy of UAE ID cards for the license owner and partners.
3. Provide certified copy of the office lease contract from the Municipality
4. Provide ownership certificate and, floor  plan and space of the office 
5. Provide recent labor list that less than 1 month old.
6. Provide Society Engineering Card for the Engineers
7. Copy of Municipality Engineer Approval Certificate.
8. Provide certified copy of the labor accommodation lease contract from the Municipality for the construction company
9. Provide ownership certificate and office plan and space for the labor accommodation 
10. Copy of the Education certificate for the accountant or accounting contract for the contracting company.
11. Financial study for the contracting company.

2. Obtain approval from the competent department
3. Pay the request fees 500 AED 
4. Certificate of registration renewal valid for one year from the date of issuance.
