Registration Extension Request

This service allows Consulting offices and construction companies working in the field of construction in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah to obtain temporary renewal of the Registration for one month with a further extension for a further month being possible.  This is only applicable where normal renewal requirements cannot be met (such as the status of staff or labor accommodation details not being available).  

Step 1

Sign Up using portal account

Step 2

Submit Registration Extension Request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents

Step 3

The concerned department will Review the request.

Step 4

Pay the final fees of the request

Step 5

Upon approval, registration and classification certificate is issued for the applicant company and sent via E-mail for the customer to download an electronic copy.

Service Prerequisites

  1. Registration Extension

To be able to apply to Building Administration Electronic Services, the applicant must have  registration certificate  to register the company and update the information in the system, by submitting the following documents :

  1.  Previous registration certificate
  2. A copy of the trade license
  3.  fill the company “information form”, license owner, the manager and the company presenters

 

  1. Register represent for the company (individual)

Become a representative on behalf of your establishment by:

  1. Smart Pass Registration
    • Register Smart Pass by entering EID and scanning your fingerprint in MBME machine
    • Must have a valid EID
  2. Present a delegation letter from company that contains his name and EID/
  3. Present EID / Passport copy

Processing Time

1 to 2 working days in case of all requirements of the application are complied with.

1. A copy of trade license
2. Copy of UAE ID cards for the license owner and partners
3. Company registration certificate

Terms and Conditions

1. Submit the required documents to start the service 
2. Obtain approval from the competent department
3. Pay the request fees 500 AED 
4. Company registration extension certificate.
