Registration Cancel Request

The service allows the cancellation of the provisional registration of consulting offices and contracting companies that work in the field of construction and building in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.  Cancellation to be within the period available for temporary registration (six months).

Step 1

Sign Up using portal account

Step 2

Submit Registration Cancel Request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents

Step 3

Pay request fees

Step 4

The concerned department will review the request and take a decision

Step 5

Upon approval, Health Certificate will be generated, sent to customer email where he can download the product certificate electronic copy

Service Prerequisites

  1. Registration Cancel Request

To make use of this online building management service the customer must have previously applied for a preliminary registration certificate and submit the following documents:

  1. Initial enrollment registration certificate.
  2. Copy of the trade license or trade name reservation certificate.
  3. Fill out the company data document and the owner of the license / managers / company representatives.

 

  1. Individual Registration

Become a representative on behalf of your establishment by:

  1. Smart Pass Registration
    • Register Smart Pass by entering EID and scanning your fingerprint in MBME machine
    • Must have a valid EID
  2. Present a delegation letter
    •  from company that contains his name and EID/
  3. Present EID / Passport copy

** Issue Registration Cancel Request

  1. Submit the required documents to start the service.
  2. The Request fees should be 200 AED.
  3. Approval of the request from the competent department.
  4. Certificate to Registration Cancel Request.

Processing Time

1 to 2 working days.
