Initial Registration Extension Request

This service allows Consulting offices and construction companies working in the field of construction in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah to apply for the extension of the initial registration where the applicant was unable to complete the requirements to receive permanent registration.  Application must be made before the expiry of the initial registration.

Submit initial registration extension request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents

Pay request fees

Step 4

The concerned department will Review the request and take a decision

Step 5

Upon approval, extension certificate for the initial registration is issued for the applicant company and forwarded via E-mail to the customer

Service Prerequisites

  1. Temporary registration of the company

To be able to apply to Building Administration Electronic Services, the applicant must have initial registration certificate and name reservation certificate issued from Economic Department or must have trade license issued previously to register the company and update the information in the system, by submitting the following documents:

  1. Valid copy of initial registration certificate
  2. Trade License  or name reservation certificate copy
  3. fill the company “information form”, license owner, the manager and the company presenters
  4. Emirates Id copy for the owners and the manager

 

  1. Individual Registration

Become a representative on behalf of your establishment by:

  1. Smart Pass Registration
    • Register Smart Pass by entering EID and scanning your fingerprint in MBME machine
    • Must have a valid EID
  2. Present a delegation letter from company that contains his name and EID/
  3. Present EID / Passport copy

 

Processing Time

1 to 2 working days where all the requirements of the application are complied with. 

Required Documents

** initial registration request 
1. Copy of initial registration certificate (before expiry date)
2. A copy of the valid trade license, if any, or a copy of name Reservation Certificate from the Economic Department.
3. Copy of UAE ID cards for the license owner and partners.
4. Copy of Education certificate for the license owner and the partners for consulting offices only.
5. Complete information form for the owner and the partners ( mobile phone number – Email)

Terms and Conditions

1. Submit the required documents to start the service 
2. Pay the 200 AED  application fees in order to proceed with the request
3. The extension of the Initial Approval Certificate is issued with a validity period of three months from the date of issuance. Only two applications for extension will be considered after which the deposit will be forfeited if no application for permanent registration is successful.
