ActionsInitial Registration Extension Request
This service allows Consulting offices and construction companies working in the field of construction in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah to apply for the extension of the initial registration where the applicant was unable to complete the requirements to receive permanent registration. Application must be made before the expiry of the initial registration.
Sign in using portal account
Submit initial registration extension request by filling the online form, and attaching the required documents
Pay request fees
The concerned department will Review the request and take a decision
Upon approval, extension certificate for the initial registration is issued for the applicant company and forwarded via E-mail to the customer

Service Prerequisites
- Temporary registration of the company
To be able to apply to Building Administration Electronic Services, the applicant must have initial registration certificate and name reservation certificate issued from Economic Department or must have trade license issued previously to register the company and update the information in the system, by submitting the following documents:
- Valid copy of initial registration certificate
- Trade License or name reservation certificate copy
- fill the company “information form”, license owner, the manager and the company presenters
- Emirates Id copy for the owners and the manager
- Individual Registration
Become a representative on behalf of your establishment by:
- Smart Pass Registration
- Register Smart Pass by entering EID and scanning your fingerprint in MBME machine
- Must have a valid EID
- Present a delegation letter from company that contains his name and EID/
- Present EID / Passport copy
Processing Time
1 to 2 working days where all the requirements of the application are complied with.
