Request Project Higher Than the Registration Grade

The service allows consulting offices and contracting companies working in the field of construction and building in Ras Al Khaimah to apply for approval of a project higher than the degree of classification the company holds, provided that technical and administrative standards are provided. (Qualified staff for the project).

Step 1

Sign Up using portal account

Step 2

Submit Request Project Higher Than the Registration Grade by filling the online form and attaching the required documents

Step 3

The concerned department will Review the request and take a decision.

Step 4

Pay request fees.

Step 5

Upon approval, Project Higher than the Registration Grade certificate will be generated and be sent to customer via email, where it can downloaded.

Service Prerequisites

  1. Request Project Higher Than the Registration Grade

To be able to apply for building management services, the customer must have a pre-registration of the company and to submit the application by submitting the following documents:

  1. Previous registration certificate.
  2. Copy of the commercial license.
  3. Fill out the company data document and the owner of the license / managers / company representatives.

 

2.Individual Registration

Become a representative on behalf of your establishment by:

  1. Smart Pass Registration
    • Register Smart Pass by entering EID and scanning your fingerprint in MBME machine
    • Must have a valid EID
  2. Present a delegation letter
    •  from company that contains his name and EID/
  3. Present EID / Passport Copy

Request Project Higher Than the Registration Grade service conditions:

  1. Submit the required documents to start the service.
  2. Approval of the request from the competent department.
  3. The Request fees should be 1000 AED.
  4. Certificate to extend the company's registration.
