Through this service, members of the Chamber can make the required modifications

Steps to Obtain Service

• Personal attendance at the Service Delivery Center/ Department of Economic Development
• Delivery of required documents
• Payment of due fees
• Receive the amended membership certificate

Service Conditions

None

Required Documents

Documents required for all amendments to membership procedures:

• Filling in the application of the amendment of membership
• Chamber of Commerce membership certificate
• A copy of the passport, and a summary of the local applicant family book (if any)
• Copy of the passports of the responsible manager or the foreign partners (if any)
• UAE ID card of license related parties
• Approval by government agencies if required
• A partnership or service agent certified by the notary public if required
• Ratification of the contract appendix after amendment for companies by the Ministry of Economy, through the printing offices in the Department of Economic Development
• No objection letter from the sponsor certified by the Chamber of Commerce if necessary
• A certified waiver contract by the notary public in the Department of Economic Development
• The original lease contract certified by the Municipality Department, and a copy of the ownership of the property (after the approval of the site control and follow-up department)
• Filling in the investor signature form and signing thereon

Service Fees

• Modifying the data during the renewal for fees of AED 100
• Amendment of data with the validity of the license for fees of 150 dirhams
• (Amendment of legal form and economic activity)
