Issuance of Certificate of Origin (Form A)

This certificate provides support to developing countries by assisting their products to enter the European markets that provide reduced or fully exempted customs tariffs; States linked to this system should submit a certified certificate of origin (Form A) to the EU for the exporting commodity to be eligible for a preferential tariff as per FORM A

Steps to Obtain Service :

Electronic registration through the website
Attendance to the service delivery centers to deliver invoices and required documents
Paying the due fees.
Receipt of documents and certificate of origin.

Service Conditions

The company must have a valid membership at RAK Chamber

Required Documents

• A commercial invoice issued by the company in which all data is signed and stamped

• UAE ID card of the applicant
