Service Enquiry

Request for company statistical data

It is a service delivered by the Customs Department to provide companies, who are registered with the Customs Department, with statistics for their customs transactions.

Step 1

Log into as a registered user and click the service link from the homepage.

Step 2

Enter your Importer code, fill in the other required field, and then submit your request. You can support your request by uploading other attachments, e.g. images and documents. If you do not have an Importer code, please visit the nearest Customer Service center to register your company and get a new Importer code issued in order to start using the services of the Customs Department.

Step 3

After submitting your request, you will receive an SMS/email that contains the Reference No. of the request. To track your request, you can go to ‘My Request’.

Required Documents

Copy of the ID for the company owner or company manager

Copy of the trade license
