Service Description

This service allows the refund of cash deposits and release of bank guarantees following the provision of proof that the goods have left the country through any point of exit, presentation of original documents or a customs exemption resolution.

Service Steps

Step 1: Customs documents of the shipment and all other attachments will be checked

Step 2: Goods will be inspected and verified against supporting documents

Step 3: The gate pass will be issued

Step 4: Customs tax (duty) will be collected as per the local and federal charges and duties lists

Service Conditions

* The customs declaration made by the clearance companies

* Approvals of competent authorities

Required Documents

Import for re-export Submission of one of the following documents is required:

• Copy of the Re-export declaration

• Copy of the deposit with the free zones and duty-free shops declaration

• Certificate of discharge authenticated by the competent authorities stating the entry of the re-exported goods Deposit with the free zones and duty-free shops Submission of one of the following documents is required:

• Copy of the Transit declaration in case of transiting to the free zones

• Copy of the Transit declaration in case of transiting to outside of the GGC States

• Copy of the deposit with the free zones and duty-free shops declaration

• Copy of the Import declaration which proves offering the goods for local consumption and payment of the applicable customs tax "duties"

• Certificate of discharge authenticated by the competent authorities stating the entry of the re-exported goods Deposit with the customs warehouses Submission of one of the following documents is required:

• Copy of the Re-export declaration in case of re-exportation to other customs warehouses

• Copy of the Re-export declaration in case of exportation to the free zones

• Copy of the Re-export declaration in case of re-exportation to outside of the GCC States

• Copy of the Import declaration which proves offering the goods for local consumption and payment of the applicable customs tax "duties"

• Certificate of discharge authenticated by the competent authorities stating the entry of the re-exported goods Transit Submission of one of the following documents is required:
