Customs Valuation Appeal Service

The Customs Valuation Appeal service is aimed at re-assessment of imported goods for the purposes of determining customs value.

To use the service, the customer should fill out the online ‘Customs Valuation Appeal’ form and upload supporting documents. A confirmation SMS and email will be subsequently sent to inform the customer of the application reference number.

Step 1

Log on as a registered user, or directly use the service by clicking the related link from the home page.

Step 2

Fill out the form fields and support your application with any required documents.

Step 3

After submitting the application form, you will receive an email and SMS to confirm successful submission.

Step 4

The application will be considered by the Settlement Committee to determine the customs value of the goods subject of dispute and issue a customs resolution. The customer will be notified of the resolution once it is agreed.
