Customs Enquiries Service
The purpose of this online service is to answer any enquiries related to RAK Customs Department, whether submitted by an individual or a company.
To use the service, the customer should fill out the online ‘Customs Enquiries’ form and upload supporting documents, if any. A confirmation SMS and email will be subsequently sent to inform the customer of the enquiry reference number.
Log on as a registered user, or directly use the service by clicking the related link from the home page.
Fill out the required form fields and support the enquiry with relevant documents, if any.
After submitting the form, customer will receive a confirmation email and SMS.
The request will be considered by the competent employee, and we will reply to the enquiry within 3 working days.
