This service allows the refund of cash deposits and release of bank guarantees after proofing the close of the customs warehouse located within the customs zone.
Steps

The application must be submitted to the Customer Happiness Centre by the person concerned.

The cheque for the amount of the cash deposit or the bank guarantee or any other guarantees will be collected, as the customer will be discharged through the system.

- Other Documents : 'Release of Bank Guarantee' form
- Official Letter : Official request by the licensee or the authorized signatory
- Trade License : Copy of the trade license indicating the cancellation
- Other Documents : Copy of the cash deposit or bank guarantee receipt
