The service aims to issue permits to commercial establishments from Ras Al Khaimah wishing to offer bids on their products, and the public auction process is carried out through licensed auction offices.


Access Ras Al Khaimah Government website and select Issue New Auction Permit service from the list of services


Fill in all the required information to Issue New Auction Permit by selecting the license and permit data


Receive notification with approval of the application and pay the associated fees


Receive auction permit from the Ras Al Khaimah Business Platform


The permit is considered void if the permit period has expired, and the permit can be extended before the term expires

The period of public auction permits is for one month, which can be extended

Required Documents
  • Trade License :  A copy of a valid trade license in case the licensed auction office is from outside the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah
  • Product Price List :  List of goods to be bid on
  • Other Documents :  In the event that the public auction is to display animals for sale or food, the approval of the Public Health Department in the Municipality Department must be provided
  • Other Documents :  In the event that the auction is for transport vehicles or heavy equipment, the approval of the Traffic and Licensing Department must be provided

500 AED if the permit period is from one day to one month
