Description

The service allows approval to change the current supervising consultant for the project with another supervising consultant based on the building permits issued for the plot

Steps
1

The request is created by the advisory office on the municipality's website https://rak.ae with the required documents attached, or through customer service centers.

The documents are reviewed by the coordinators and a date is set for the exit of the observer

3

The observer will exit on the site and attach the report and photos of the site

4

The technical opinion is written by the engineer after checking the documents and the site report.

5

The application shall be referred to the principal engineer for final approval

6

Final fees are paid via the electronic dirham / website / automated payment machine / MRAK smart application

The permit is issued electronically

Required Documents
  • Land Document (Sketch) :  Land map + ownership document (if any)
  • Other Documents :  Waiver of the former consultant signed and sealed
  • Other Documents :  New supervision contracts signed and sealed by all parties
  • Other Documents :  Renewal of services in the event that 6 months have passed since the issuance of the license and construction work has not started (the land is empty).
  • Other Documents :  Installing skewers in the event that 6 months have passed since the issuance of the license and construction work has not started (the land is empty).
  • Other Documents :  Renewal of the land map in the event that 3 months have passed and the land is a grant and the land is empty
  • Other Documents :  Renewal of the installation of the skewers in the event that 3 months have passed since the issuance of the license and the land is empty
  • Emirates ID :  The identity of the owner
Fees

Fee: Observer exit fee on the site = 100 dirhams Transaction exit fee: AED 100
