This service is used to get the building permit for the proposed project or the boundary wall (boundary wall, metal fence, retaining wall) on vacant plot as per the drawings submitted to the Building Administration .
This service is applicable for all building types
including: Private Villas, Investment Villas, Service Blocks, Multi Story Buildings, Story Buildings, Public Buildings (Governmental), Industrial Buildings, Agricultural Buildings to insure that the documents and drawings are compatible to the Building Regulations before starting the construction work
The request is submitted by the consultant and the required documents are uploaded to the Ras Al Khaimah government portal website www.rak.ae and the initial fees are paid and in some cases the request is submitted by the owner through the customer service center
A date is set for the inspector's exit on the site and a report prepared after paying an inspector exit fee
The licensing engineer checks and reviews documents, documents and the inspector’s report
The final fees are to be paid at the Customer Service Center
The permit is issued electronically
· In case of building a wall on empty land, the land must be owned or a constructed villa under Sheikh Zayed Housing Program. · The license shall not be issued until after the marking has been fixed and the level determined by Planning and Survey Administration.
- Land Document (Sketch) : Land map (valid for grant slips) + proof of ownership document (if any)
- Official Letter : Certificate of Free of Services - NOC (Federal Electricity and Water Authority, Emirates Telecommunications Corporation, Department of Public Works and Services (Sewerage) and Ras Al Khaimah Gas)
- Official Letter : A letter of assignment from the owner to the consultant
