Description
This service aims to exempt embassies and consulates accredited by the GCC states (on reciprocity basis), foreign international organizations accredited by the GCC states, and heads and members of diplomatic and consular corps accredited by the GCC states (on reciprocity basis).

The required documents must be sent by email to: kaltham@customs.rak.ae OR via rak portal website

One month from the date of the exemption certificate
Required Documents
- Official Letter : Letter from the company / letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- commercial invoice : Invoice
- Other Documents : Customs declaration issued from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
