Required Documents
  • Official Letter :  Letter from the enterprise or company to open the branch and assign a director of the branch
  • Trade License :  Copy of the economic license of the head office, and statement of partners in the case of partnership
  • Other Documents :  Copy of the Memorandum of Association of the parent company in case of partnership
  • Other Documents :  Academic certificates and practical experience prior to the license holder or the responsible manager (if the activity requires) in the case of the individual enterprise
  • Other Documents :  The company's capital (if the activity requires) or its legal form
  • Official Letter :  No objection letter from the sponsor certified by the Chamber of Commerce (if necessary)
