  • Memorandum Contract :  Proof of capital by letter from a bank or a budget from a certified auditor as requested by the Department of Economic Development
  • Memorandum Contract :  A letter of no objection to the foreign partners, authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce, if it is not the same as the enterprise in which it operates
