This service allows customers to receive a customs declaration for their goods imported by land, sea or air following the payment of applicable customs taxes (duties) in accordance with the GCC Common Customs Law.

    1. 1. Select an approved customs clearance company to complete the required procedures for issuing the customs declaration.
    2. 2. Provide the clearance company with the required documents according to the type of trade movement.
    3. 3. Necessary approvals and permits for the shipment as per the goods HS code (customs tariff), if applicable, must be obtained.
    4. 4. Tax Registration Certificate must be made available during the process of issuing the Importer code, so that the Importer code can be linked to the Tax Registration Number (TRN) in the electronic customs operations system.

    1. 1. Transport the goods intended for importation to the point of entry in the UAE.
